Alongside several mad cap ex employees of Barclays we are taking up a Challenge4Cynthia and being a Hospice Hero.

My husband and great friend to The Wine Club and his Barclays Buddies loved a treasure hunt and tales of their daring do’s are still being told.

Graeme and Derrick braved ‘up London’ and have created ‘

The Martin Hughes Memorial Treasure Hunt ll’ ‘WE’RE GOING UP WEST’

based on musicals. Knowing how other escapades have gone we are in for a lonnnnnnnng walk and much brain exhaustion!

We’re aiming to raise £500 which would fund one day of hospice care.

Martin was an inpatient and a regular member of the day centre. He loved the care provided and the friendships made. It has been 10 years since we lost this wonderful man and so will honour his memory by taking part in one of ‘their’ legendary treasure hunts.
