Jax fundraises for Little Princess Trust

Jacqueline Page is raising money for Little Princess Trust

Hair cut

The Little Princess Trust provides real hair wigs, free of charge, to children and young people who have lost their own hair through cancer treatment or to other conditions. The charity is also one of the largest funders of childhood cancer research in the UK.

Story

I decided a while ago that my long hair needed to go. It was time for a chop. Having known so many people who have been hit by cancer I figured I could make this haircut mean something. So I spent 8ish months growing it longer. Losing your hair as an adult is one thing. But to lose it all as a kid. . . I can’t imagine.

Having had a good old read of the site in prep for donating I saw it costs £700 to make a wig. SEVEN HUNDRED POUNDS.

The hair donation is just the start.

Even a couple of quid is fab, please help me help a child that’s missing their hair.
