I’ve been lucky enough to get a ballot place in the Chicago 2025 Marathon and wanted to use the opportunity to raise funds for Crisis.

There are over 250,000 families and individuals in the UK currently experiencing the worst forms of homelessness - from sofa surfing or sleeping rough, to living in unsuitable temporary accommodation. And over 145,000 children are recorded as being homeless - a 15% increase in just one year.

A home is a fundamental human need. Everyone deserves a safe and secure place to call home.

Crisis helps individuals leave homelessness by providing direct support, advice, and services, including education, training, housing, employment, and health support, and campaigns for systemic change to end homelessness.
