Story
I’m taking on my biggest running challenge yet at the Edinburgh Marathon Festival this year – a half marathon!
In previous years, I’ve been part of relay teams, running distances between 7–14km. This time, I’m stepping well outside my comfort zone and going the full half marathon distance. It’s a huge personal milestone for me and definitely the toughest run I’ve ever attempted.
I’m doing this not just for the challenge, but to raise as much money as possible for Macmillan, a charity that provides incredible support to people affected by cancer. Their work makes a real difference to so many lives, and I want to do my part to help.
Training hasn’t been easy, but knowing the cause I’m running for keeps me going. Every donation, big or small, will help motivate me through those tough miles and make a meaningful impact.
Thank you so much for your support. It really means everything!
