Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving

You may have seen Jac and i cycling/training regularly, over the last nine months around the Clun area. This is for our self funded trip in November, where we will be cycling ordinary gravel bikes for 450kms through Vietnam and Cambodia, over six days, in hot and humid conditions.

We're hoping to raise money for Prostate Cancer and The NIP (nipple innovation project) charity.

For me The NIP charity is the end of a four year journey and the start of new beginnings.
