In March, we lost my Dad to Lewy body dementia. One of the hardest parts of his illness was seeing him struggle with his mental health and it’s why this cause means so much to me.

Last year I completed the 30kM Trek for CALM Campaign Against Living Miserably and he was so proud. So this year, I’m doing it again, for him.
