In 2023, we unexpectedly lost my incredibly hilarious stepdad due to cardiac arrest following a heart attack. He was the light in every room and one of my favourite people.

In the summer, my mum & I will be joining the Ultra Summer walk in London to raise money for the British Heart Foundation to support them in their amazing research.
