Me and my mammy, Denise, will be taking part in Cancer Focus NI’s PINK Run at Ebrington Square on Sunday 18th October, getting covered in pink powder and hopefully raising as much as we can.

Mammy is now an incredible 5 years in remission, which is such a huge milestone for us, and we wanted to celebrate it by doing something that could help other women and families going through their own journey🥹🩷

We’ll also be doing it in memory of my beautiful granny, Freda Harkin, who we sadly lost earlier this year. Granny was such a special person to us and a huge part of our family. We miss her every single day, and although we wish more than anything she was still here with us, it means a lot to be able to do this in her memory and have her close to our hearts while we do it❤️‍🩹

Cancer Focus NI supports local women and families through breast cancer, with all money raised staying here in Northern Ireland.

🎀 £51 could help a woman find the right bra and swimwear after breast cancer through a 1-hour fitting consultation

🎀 £117 could provide 2 hours of family support

🎀 £240 could provide 2 hours of counselling for someone who needs it
