In the days leading up to my Gran’s passing we received just one visit from the Hospice Nurses and the difference that visit made to my family is indescribable, the impact it had was so deep that over a year after her passing my family still talks about it. I cannot put into words how grateful we were for it and I’m proud to be doing something to contribute such an amazing cause and helping the Hospice to continue to provide the invaluable service that they do.
