On Saturday 25th July, I will be taking part in the Yorkshire Tough Mudder 5K to raise money for Doggy Dens UK Rescue 🐾❤️

Doggy Dens is a small, Nottinghamshire-based rescue that has been a registered charity since May 2023. Their focus is on the rehabilitation and rehoming of dogs from a wide range of backgrounds, ensuring every dog receives a full assessment, the care they need, and thorough preparation before finding their forever home.

Many of you will know this is a charity that is very close to my heart. I've been supporting and working alongside Doggy Dens for several years, helping with overseas rescue work, assisting with UK rescue cases, caring for both short- and long-term dogs, and supporting fundraising events and monthly auctions.

As a charity that receives no government funding and relies entirely on donations and fundraising, every contribution makes a real difference. I hope the money raised through this challenge will help Doggy Dens continue to rescue, rehabilitate and care for dogs in need ❤️🐾
