At Christmas last year my nana was sadly diagnosed with bowel cancer and in February sadly passed away🪽she was the most beautiful, kind and caring person. The whole family are devastated as we lost our rock and best friend. I want to raise money in her memory and to help other families going through the same thing ❤️
