On 4th October, I will be taking on the huge challenge of running the Cardiff Half Marathon in aid of Marie Curie. All the money raised will help Marie Curie provide vital care and support to people living with a terminal illness, and their families at the toughest time.

£3 helps fund a meal for a patient in one of their hospices.

£26 helps fund an hour of bereavement support by phone

or webchat.

£207 helps fund nine hours of overnight nursing care in a patient's home. Marie Curie supported my Grandpa with visits when he had prostate cancer and are thankful for their support.

Hopefully, it will be another sub 90, but as I am already a runner, I will make it harder for myself as run as Leonardo the teenage mutant ninja turtle. This race will be my second Super Half.
