Story
I am taking on the Break Yorkshire 3 Peaks on Saturday 11 May 2024 to help change the lives of young people supported by Break's children's homes.
This is a huge challenge for me, as i take on months of training to be in 'peak' fitness to take on 24 miles in 12 hours across the highest three peaks of the Yorkshire Dales!
I am dedicating this challenge to my late brother George who was the most courageous person i knew.
This demanding yet rewarding one-day trekking challenge takes us to the sum-mits of Pen-y-Ghent (694m/2,276 ft), Whernside (736m/2,415 ft) and Inglebor-ough (723m/2,372 ft), all in one circular route starting and ending in Horton-in-Ribblesdale.
Please follow me and help me as i train and sponsor me to get up those peaks and help make a difference to the lives of vulnerable children and young people.
Thank you!
