As most of you may know, cancer decided it was my turn just over 2 years ago, and that it wasn’t going anywhere either… from the very beginning I’ve been so grateful to receive amazing holistic palliative care from Hospice of the Valleys. Mine and the whole family’s lives would look very different without their ongoing support and for this reason my incredible hubby Paul will be running the Cardiff Half Marathon on Sunday 4th of October. Running is his sanctuary during the trickier times and he has been training steadfastly for the past year, out in all weathers and never losing sight of his ‘why’.
