2023 was a year which for my family & I was characterised by loss, both material and sadly, personal.

In an effort to take this energy and focus it in a healthy way, I have been focusing my Mind on a new challenge for this year, one that marks a long-held ambition of mine.

Mind is a fantastic charity which supports those that really need it, in the most positive way. I have seen the strength of their work first hand and would be extremely grateful if you could support them on their mission.
