In April 2024, I will be taking part in The TCS London Marathon to raise money for Jigsaw4u which is a charity very close to my mum’s heart and one she is actively involved in.

Jigsaw4u is a mental health charity based in South West London that supports children, young people and families facing significant social and emotional difficulties. This can range from bereavement, young victims of crime, helping children and young people within the care system, suicide support and much more.

Over the charity's 25-year history, they have been able to support over 50,000 individuals and provide up to 500,000 one-to-one sessions for its local community.

Their aim is to help their service-users put the pieces back together.

Would really appreciate everyone’s donation. For those of you who know my Mum, she’s an extremely caring individual who is constantly doing things for others, and all money raised will really mean a lot to both her and the charity, not to mention it going a long way to help people in need.
