Story
Life has a way of surprising us when we least expect it. Recently, I was diagnosed with epilepsy at the age of 26, a condition that has brought unexpected challenges and profound changes to my daily life. However, instead of letting this diagnosis slow me down, Im speeding up.
This September, I am taking on an extraordinary challenge: running the Morecambe marathon in under 2:45 and the Rotherham 50 mile ultra within a week of each other. Raising awareness and funds for epilepsy research and support.
Epilepsy affects millions of people worldwide, yet it remains misunderstood and underfunded. By participating in this feat, I aim to shed light on this condition, advocate for those who live with it, and contribute to the advancement of research that could lead to better treatments and, one day, a cure.
Donate, Share or Cheer it all helps.
