Hello!

I’m running the Great North Run this year but this time with a new, challenge. I'll be running it with a rescue manikin in a firefighters lift.

Those that know me know I work for an amazing charity, the Great North Air Ambulance Service (GNAAS), and I'll be raising money for them. Our amazing charity provides a life-saving helicopter emergency service, delivering rapid medical care to people in critical need across the North and the Isle of Man.

This is genuinely my toughest challenge yet and I'll need your support! Whether it’s a donation, a share, or a simple word of encouragement, every little bit helps.
