After more than 10 years working at Croydon University Hospital, the Trust has played a significant role in supporting both my professional and personal development. Running the London Marathon 2027 is my opportunity to give something back by raising funds for Croydon Health Charity and supporting the incredible work it does for patients, staff, and the local community.

Events such as the London Marathon are vital in helping the charity fund important enhancements to the patient experience across Croydon Health Services NHS Trust. From bereavement and dementia gardens, sensory rooms and children's playgrounds, to patient-controlled pain reducing pumps, vascular visualisation technology, creative arts projects and specialist staff training, there is so much great work that donations make possible.

I am proud to take on this challenge in recognition of the support and opportunities I have received throughout my time at the Trust, and I would be incredibly grateful for any contribution you can make to help the charity continue to provide fantastic enhancements and opportunities for all.
