In July, I’ll be taking part in Peak District Ultra Challenge 2026 to raise money for Dementia UK — a charity that is incredibly close to my heart. Sadly, two of my grandparents were diagnosed with dementia before they passed away, and I saw first-hand the impact this condition has not only on those living with it, but also on the families who support them every day.

By fundraising for Dementia UK, I hope to support the essential work they do in providing specialist nurses and vital guidance to families affected by dementia. Every donation, no matter how small, will help make a real difference, and I’d be so grateful for your support as I take on this challenge in memory of my grandparents and for everyone currently facing dementia.

I will be completing the 25km loop in the Peak District on 4th July.
