This year, alongside sharing travel vlogs from Orlando, BC, Alaska, and beyond, we've faced personal challenges behind the scenes.

In May, my dad suffered a heart attack, leaving him in critical care. We flew home to support him, my mum, and my sister. While he thankfully survived, he suffered a brain injury. Thanks to BrainKind, he spent five months rebuilding his memory and skills, eventually returning home.

In October, my mum was diagnosed with bowel cancer. Thankfully, early detection allowed for surgery to remove it in November—a success made possible by cancer research advancements.

In February, Georgia and I will run the Disneyland Half Marathon in California. Initially, my mum was joining us after we ran the Walt Disney World Marathon together in January 2024. Sadly, she can’t be there, but we’re running to raise money for BrainKind and Cancer Research UK, two organizations that have been pivotal for my parents this year.
