Story
In November 2025, Nicola was diagnosed with Diffuse Large B-Cell Non-Hodgkin lymphoma after months of feeling unwell.
Watching someone you love go through cancer is something that changes you. Over the past six months, I've seen Nicola and her body to go through struggles I could never imagine. Countless sleepless nights with chats you would never think you will have this early in your life, total exhaustion, screams of pain, never ending hospital appointments, tests & treatments has changed both of us. Despite all that, the determination and strength with which she faced this disease won’t stop amaze me and the support we got from family, friends, but also strangers has been absolutely incredible.
While chemotherapy has finished and we're waiting for the next stage of her journey, we wanted to do something to mark how far she has come and to support a cause that is incredibly important to us.
That's why we are taking part in the Lymphoma Bridges of London Walk.
I'll be walking alongside Nicola, her family and her friend Scully, who has been fighting the same disease at the same time! We’re raising money for Lymphoma Action, a charity that provides support, information and resources to people affected by lymphoma and their loved ones.
This walk is for Nicola and Scully, for everyone currently living with lymphoma, for those waiting for answers, for families supporting someone they love, and for those whose lives have been impacted by this disease.
If you're able to donate, no matter the amount, it would be hugely appreciated.
Thank you for all the support
