Another year, another marathon... even though I did promise myself I would retire after the last one!... that was until I was approached by the wonderful charity, that is "Lia's Wings"

Long story short, a small team of us, from my home town in Luton, are getting together to raise money by running the Chicago Marathon. Lia's Wings fly around the UK/ world transporting little babies and children for urgent medical treatment. Truly life saving stuff!!

So here I am again, about to endure 6 months of very early starts, long painful runs (blisters, injuries, back pain - multiple physio treatments), all whilst managing everything else! So please do help motivate, every pound counts (I promise to update you all). See below for more info:

Lia’s Wings is a national charity that provides hospital air transfers for children. We ensure that babies and critically ill children can access specialist treatment and care, wherever they are in the UK.
