We’re on the move!

At The Centre of Clinical Haematology (CCH), we’re lacing up our boots and taking on a 14-mile hike through beautiful Worcester on Saturday 27th September – and we couldn’t be more excited! 🎉

Why? Because this September, 96,000 people around the world will be diagnosed with blood cancer. That’s 96,000 reasons to get moving. And that’s exactly what Cure Leukaemia’s “Move the Nation” is all about – moving together, for every single one of them.

💪 The challenge: clocking up a collective 96,000 minutes of movement during Blood Cancer Awareness Month – one for every new diagnosis. From walking, running, cycling and dancing, to gardening, paddleboarding or even skipping – it’s all about getting active, raising awareness, and funding life-saving trials and research.

Because here’s the reality: every 27 seconds, someone is told they have blood cancer. But by moving, fundraising, and spreading the word, we can give hope, new treatments and second chances to patients right now.
