🏃‍♂️ Cardiff Half Marathon 2024! 🏅

I’m running this year in support of the Wales Air Ambulance Charitable Trust. Growing up in rural mid-Wales, it’s always been reassuring to know that wherever I am, no matter which hillside I might be falling off, they’re just a call away. Their service provides crucial emergency medical care across Wales, 24/7, throughout the year. They are not tax-payer funded, relying entirely on donations to keep their helicopters in the air and their rapid response vehicles on the road.

In light of recent cuts, your support helps ensure this hugely vital service continues. Any contribution, no matter the amount, will make a difference.
