MND research is at a point where life-saving treatments are potentially on the horizon. And Sheffield is more than ready to be a frontrunner to find the answers. By fundraising, you'll improve the lives of patients long into the future.

Story

Thanks for taking the time to be here.

On April 7th, 2024, I'll be running the Sheffield Half Marathon to support Motor Neurone Disease Research at the University of Sheffield.

It's been nearly six years since I ran my first and only half marathon - now I'm taking on 2 in 6 weeks in support of this vital cause.

Motor Neurone Disease is a devastating condition that affects the brain and nerves, with no known cure.

Shockingly, 1 in every 300 people in the UK will face MND in their lifetime. It's a silent struggle that claims six lives every day, with a third dying within a year of diagnosis. We need your help to fund research and find treatments that can make a difference.

Your support could be the turning point that brings us closer to finding a cure for MND. Let's work together towards this goal and create a brighter future for those affected by this disease.

I am aiming to raise £200.

Your donation can help me reach my target and make an impact on those who are suffering from MND.

Thank you so much for your support and generosity.
