I’m taking on the Dragon’s Back Race, starting at the iconic Conwy Castle and following the same route as full-course participants through the dramatic mountains, to raise funds for CALM (Campaign Against Living Miserably). This Ultra marathon is more than a challenge; it’s giving me something to train for which I have always found immensely helpful with regards to my mental health, it's also providing a chance to stand up for anyone who feels they have nowhere left to turn.

We all have so much to live for, I believe in making the most of every opportunity and moment. I'd welcome you to join me in training or perhaps even join me in completing this race.
