Mental Health Awareness Week Skydives 2025 · 12 May 2025 to 18 May 2025 ·

For Mental Health Awareness Week our incredible team of supporters are taking to the skies and braving a skydive in support of good mental health for all.

Story

Hi there!

I'm taking the leap – literally – to raise vital funds for the Mental Health Foundation during Mental Health Awareness Week 2025. To mark this important week, I’m challenging myself to skydive from 15,000 feet, in the hopes of raising awareness and support for mental health issues that affect millions of people.

Mental health is something that touches all of us, whether directly or indirectly. Despite the progress that has been made, there’s still so much to be done to break the stigma, provide support, and ensure that mental health is treated with the same importance as physical health.

Those that know me well will know that I’m absolutely terrified of heights. So for me, this is a huge challenge – and the furthest out of my comfort zone I could possibly be. But, I believe that if I can overcome this fear and push myself beyond what feels possible, I can raise awareness for something so important and help make a difference.

By donating, you’ll be helping the Mental Health Foundation continue their incredible work, funding research, providing vital services, and offering education to those who need it most. Your contribution could help someone get the support they desperately need, making a real difference in the lives of so many.

Thank you so much for your support
