Story

This Fund raiser does not involve flying on tops of planes, walking on Fire or Glass. On 25th June we are competing in the Fun Colour Run (Walk in the Park) however the the final goal is the same. We desperately want to raise as much cash as possible for such a worthy cause who carry out sterling work when taking care of of closest friends and family. In these times when your hard cash count more than ever we really appreciate every penny donated.

Peace Hospice Care provides free specialist palliative care across South West Hertfordshire, and the wider area, for patients and their families facing a life-limiting illness. We help them manage their conditions and also provide support at the end of life. We need to raise over £7m each year to deliver our services, all of which are provided free of charge, both in the community and in the Hospice.

Join us for our Colour Fun Run which is an event full of excitement for all the family. Come along and be showered in coloured powder, covered in foam and finish the 5k course looking a little more colourful than when you started. Join hundreds of people for this family-friendly fun run, organised by Peace Hospice Care.

The day is suitable for everyone, with no age or time limit. So feel free to hop, skip, jump, walk or even dance your way around the course before collecting your medal at the finish line!

All proceeds will be used to provide care and support for local adults and childre

We provide support at end of life but the majority of our work focuses on supporting those with life-limiting illnesses who have many more years to live. That support includes symptom control, pain relief, companionship, spiritual support and improving the physical wellbeing of patients.
