I am undertaking this challenge to raise money for this incredible charity that provided so much support to my father-in-law Chris Jones. He passed away in June 2014 but without the help of the MNDA his time suffering with this horrific disease would have been alot more difficult for everyone.

Over the next few months I will be running 10 half marathons, Brighton marathon and Run for the Stones 50k Ultra marathon.
