Story
In May, my dad, my sister, and I will be taking on the London Trek26 to raise money for the Alzheimer’s Society.
We will be doing this for my grandad, who sadly passed away in November 2025. Alzheimer’s changed his and our family’s lives, and we want to support the people and families who are still fighting this disease every single day.
Trek26 consists of a 26-mile (42km) walking challenge organised by the Alzheimer’s Society. It takes place across key routes around London and is designed to raise awareness and funds to help prevent, detect, and treat it for future generations. It’s a full-day event completed on foot.
By donating, you’ll be helping the charity continue its work in care, research, and improving understanding of dementia across the UK.
Any amount is appreciated, and even sharing this post helps. Thank you for taking the time to read and support.
