In Memory of James Christopherson

Harry Christopherson is raising money for AMMF
In memory of James Christopherson
AMMF is the UK's only cholangiocarcinoma charity. Our main aims are to raise the awareness of cholangiocarcinoma (bile duct cancer), to provide information, and to support specialised research teams in their work to find the causes, methods of earlier diagnosis and treatments for this disease.

Story

For nearly four years, James battled Cholangiocarcinoma, a rare and aggressive form of bile duct cancer. After previously overcoming prostate cancer and tongue and neck cancer, he faced this third battle with the same incredible grit, courage and determination that defined him. James sadly lost his hard-fought fight on 6th August 2026, aged just 62, but his wish was always to help others facing this cruel disease.

The Christopherson family have set up this page in James’s memory, with the hope of raising as much money as possible for AMMF, helping to increase awareness of Cholangiocarcinoma and improve earlier diagnosis, treatment and support for those affected.

This page will be available indefinitely, allowing family and friends to always remember James and his wish to make a difference. Donations can be made in his memory now or during any future fundraising events.
