Hello everyone!

New update (Sept): Hi everyone, more bad news! Unfortunately my plantar fasciitis is still very bad and I can't run any great distances PLUS about 6 weeks ago my loving dog Lucy managed to wipe me out (second day of marathon training) giving a bruised coccyx and still to go away...a hematoma in my buttock. Thus I won't being doing the Washington marathon in Oct and have changed my challenge to the Stockport 10 in Dec. I'm REALLY hoping (even if it requires on operation) I will be running again by then as this year has been terrible for injury...

UPDATE: Unfortunately I will not be running my first Ultra marathon as planned in June 2025 (the South Downs Way). I’ve managed to get myself injured with a bad case of Plantar Fasciitis and won’t be able to recover in time for the Ultra. Therefore, I have decided to change my challenge to the Washington DC marathon in October. Whilst not as far it will be equally challenging as I’ve got to recover, train for my first marathon in 3 years and go to a new place abroad. Thank you for all the support.
