The Hunger Project is more than a hunger relief organization or global charity. We focus on building self-reliance at the grassroots level, working with women as key change agents and forming effective partnerships with local governments to create a lasting impact. Visit www.thp.org to learn more.

Story

I’m cycling from London to Paris – yes, over 200 miles – but no, not in one day...

If you know me, you know I love cycling. In fact, when I asked my 6-year-old what he thought I did for work, he said: “Cyclist.”

So no, the ride itself perhaps wont feel like the hardest thing i've done on a bike. But this is still a rare opportunity to do something I love with colleagues, and more importantly, for a really important cause.

Millions around the world still face hunger every day – it’s shocking how widespread it is.

If you can, please chuck in a few £s. It’ll make a real difference.

Details about the event --> BigBike 2025: BigHand is cycling over 200 miles (from London to Paris) over three days in September. We are raising funds because 733 million people worldwide are living with chronic hunger. Please help us reach our fundraising goal!!
