I am riding the 200-odd miles from Exeter to Twickenham between the 16th and 18th May, aiming to reach the Stoop in time for kick off against Exeter Chiefs on Sunday afternoon. This is a considerable step up in both distance and elevation over last year's ride from Bristol. A team of colleagues from Charles Stanley have taken on this challenge for a second year as we have close ties to both Harlequins and the Foundation.

The Harlequins Foundation, established in 2015 uses the unique spirit of Harlequins, by using the power of sport to drive positive change. By taking on this challenge, we are supporting the Harlequins Foundation so they can continue delivering their life-changing work in the local community and helping young people to achieve their full potential.

From educational and employability programmes to inclusion and wellbeing, their focus is on inspirational, sustainable and transformative solutions that tackle inequality, poor health and the challenges facing the most vulnerable in society. Through these initiatives, and with your support, they are able to improve the outcomes for thousands of young people and give them the best chance to succeed in life.
