Half marathon while fasting

The Felix Project collects fresh, nutritious food that cannot be sold. We deliver this surplus food to charities and schools so they can provide healthy meals and help the most vulnerable in our society.

Story

On Sunday 16 April I went to watch Actonians play London Seaward in Walthamstow and then ran back to Shepherds Bush after a full day without food or water as I'm fasting for Ramadan. I made it in two-and-a-bit hours.

The mission of the Felix Project is simple - to take surplus food from their suppliers and deliver it to any charity that helps feed people. It's all nutritious and would otherwise go to waste. Not only that, but it helps fight food poverty and reduces costs for hardworking organisations.
