After a really tough last 18 months including tearing my quad and adductor, getting massively out of shape and unfit I am battling back and ready to take on a real challenge.

I will be part of the HARIBO team of 10 cyclists taking on the Grocery Aid London to Amsterdam cycling challenge from the 3-5 September.

Grocery Aid is an amazing charity that supports colleagues and their families from the food industry in a broad range of ways.
