UPDATE 5th December 2023: Due to issues with car parking on the day of the Yorkshire Marathon. I dissapointingly did not make the start line of the race and had to reduce to running the 10 miler instead.

However as a result to make up for it I am running the XMAS Canal Canter Grim Up North Marathon on Sat 9th December

As I prepare for the Yorkshire Marathon 2023 and a week later the Leeds Abbey Dash, I am reminded of the power of community and the importance of coming together to support those in need. That's why I am fundraising for Magen David Adom UK, an organization that provides urgent medical care to civilians regardless of their nationality, religion, or political affiliation.

Recent events have left me feeling shocked and saddened by the atrocities committed on innocent civilians in Israel. It's heartbreaking to see so many lives affected by violence and conflict. But through Magen David Adom UK, we can make a difference. They provide first aid training, maintain ambulances, collect blood donations, and even cooperate with the Palestinian Red Crescent. Their work is truly inspiring.

I am setting a target amount of £1,000 GBP for this campaign. Every donation counts and will go towards helping those in need on both sides of the conflict. Let's come together as a community to make a difference and support this important cause..
