On Sunday 4th October 2026, I'll be taking part in the Manchester Half marathon, where I'll be running for Brain Tumour Research dressed as a lobster.

I am running as a lobster in particular due to significant support from The Lobster Pot restaurant in Anglesey, who have been so kind and generous. Here is their website: http://thelobsterpot.net/

The reason I am supporting this charity is because when I was teenager I unfortunately lost my Grandad Ray to a brain tumour, and I wanted to do this is in his honour.
