I'm proud to be joining #TeamARUK in the 2026 Oxford Half Marathon.

My mum was diagnosed with Alzheimer's 10 years ago and watching the condition slowly progress has been heartbreaking for our family. Whilst we still cherish the happy moments we have with mum, we often think about what she, and we as a family, have missed out on.

There is currently no cure for this cruel disease, but fundraising efforts like this help to give hope for the future.
