I will be taking part in the Autumn Blickling Half Marathon on the 18th October 2026 to raise money for NARS - Norfolk's emergency medical charity.

NARS is an incredible charity providing out of hospital care in medical emergencies. Their team of volunteer Doctors, Paramedics, Nurses and Emergency Responders are tasked to 999 callouts across the county.

The charity was founded in 1970, and now responds to over 2000 emergency callouts per year. Their blue light vehicles and equipment are all self funded - they receive no government funding and rely on public donations to stay operational.

Every penny raised will go towards their lifesaving work.
