Story
On 22nd September 2024, British adventurer James Ketchell will embark on another potentially world-record breaking solo ocean circumnavigation from Portsmouth covering 30,000 nautical miles over nine months. This challenge is not only an impressive feat of endurance and determination, but also marks James' attempt to become the first person in history to circumnavigate the globe by air, land, and sea.
Once again James is raising funds for Kindled Spirit.
Kindled Spirit dedicates its work to support, educate, counsel and empower young female victims of abuse, exploitation, including human trafficking, through our partner, Kshamata in Mumbai. The city is the destination of thousands of young women who are trafficked against their will into abusive situations. We are here to support them.
