In 2018 we were asked by the current Sheriff to support the Sheriff's and Recorders Fund by riding from London to Paris. Both Wendy and I had to purchase bikes. This was the just the start of our cycling adventures, making long term friendship's along the way.... and raising money for charities.

The Sheriffs' & Recorder's Fund is very special. The Fund supports prison leavers in many ways from clothing and education, working with the probation service and housing associations to support in a flexible, dynamic and meaningful way. Quite simply, the Fund has a positive impact on society as a whole, helping prison leavers to reintegrate. It reduces reoffending rates, and helps to break the cycle of poverty and social exclusion that many prison leavers face.

Wendy and I were honoured to support the Fund and this year wish to support Bronek and his Posse by riding on a three-day 175 mile charity cycle ride from the Old Bailey to the National Justice Museum in Nottingham, in support of the Sheriffs' and Recorder’s Fund.
