💜 Power Through – The Longley Brothers Take On Ironman For Pancreatic Cancer UK

🏊‍♂️🚴‍♂️🏃‍♂️ Move over Brownlees — the Longley Brothers are coming.

In June 2026, myself and Tom will take on the Ironman Loire Valley —

2.4 miles swimming, 112 miles cycling, and a full marathon… all in one day.

But this isn’t just about endurance.

It’s about Powering Through — the idea that became the heart of my book, and now the driving force behind this challenge.

We’re doing this in memory of my great friend Chris Shaw, who we lost far too young to pancreatic cancer.

Chris had a huge heart, an infectious smile, and the kind of energy that lifted everyone around him.

He showed real courage through everything life threw his way — and this race is for him. 💜

We’re raising money for Pancreatic Cancer UK, helping fund vital research and support for families facing this brutal disease.

Every early morning, every tough session, every setback… we’ll be thinking of Chris — and everyone who’s ever had to fight their own battle.
