Finally biting the bullet and getting on a bike. A 155 mile cycle from the Butt of Lewis, all the way to Castlebay in Barra. Training is underway, and I'm really NOT getting used to the saddle, any donations for this amazing and worthy cause, and to my temporary aches and pains are greatly appreciated.

Bethesda provides 4 hospice beds for specialist palliative care and 30 long-term care home beds. It is required to raise over £470,000 per year to keep the hospice open and offers a much needed and caring service to those who are terminally ill and those who require nursing care.
