South Central Ambulance Charity fund over 1,200 Community First Responders, medical students, military, police and fire Co-Responders across Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire, Berkshire & Hampshire

From our training, clothing, equipment to expenses, we are supported by the charity to help our communities, assisting the ambulance service responding to 999 calls, or in the case of volunteer car drivers, taking patients to and from hospital appointments

Ive been a Community First Responder for years3 and it’s taught me life skills, as well as a lot about myself. I want to support my fellow volunteers so they can help you, a friend, family member, colleague or stranger in their time of need

For 2025 I have two main events

Roman Rampage - 22nd March

9 miles, with 35lbs on my back, in boots, running cross country in Colchester

July - Newport Pagnell Carnival 5km

3.1 miles running in full uniform, boots and a 15kg response bag
