On 18th of July 18.00 @Northampton hotel (the old Park Inn, by the bus station) I am participating in an amateur MMA match on behalf of the chosen charity below. This is a giant step out of my comfort zone and I will be pushing my fitness and training, as hard as I can for the next 7 weeks, to showcase my best performance.

Earth's Lonely Angels are based here in Northampton, founded by my good friends Aine Cullen and Anita Kalyan. They provide a litany of services for the homeless, elderly and vulnerable (people in our community with little to no support network)

Every year they set up a free groto for the children from struggling families. They provide hampers, furniture, food and other important resources, aswell as taking the time to offer emotional support for the wellbeing of the less fortunate.
