London to Brighton Cycle Ride 2025 · 14 September 2025 ·

We operate a day centre in south east Essex for those living with young onset dementia. Our focus is to provide specialist person centred care and activities in a safe and friendly environment. We also offer a free advocacy service and carers support groups.

Story

In September, I’ll be taking on the London to Brighton Cycle Ride to raise money for Peaceful Place, a charity doing amazing work for people living with young onset dementia.

Peaceful Place creates a space where people can still feel like themselves. Where there’s joy, connection, and real community, even in the middle of incredibly tough times. It’s not just about care; it’s about helping people live with dignity, purpose, and support.

I’m hoping to raise £500, and every donation, big or small, will make a real difference to those who rely on the charity.

If you’re able to give, thank you so much, it truly means the world.
