I’m taking on a tandem skydive from 13,000 feet to raise money for Building Heroes.

I’ve always wanted to do a skydive, and I thought it would be a great opportunity to raise funds for a worthwhile cause at the same time. While looking through the list of charities supported by the jump, I came across Building Heroes, and their work supporting people who have served in the Armed Forces really resonated with me.

My stepdad served in the Army, including with the Parachute Regiment, and this is my way of showing respect for him — and for others who have served — by supporting a charity that helps people build positive futures after service.

I’ll be do a tandem skydive in Norwich on 17th July (weather permitting!) and I’m aiming to raise £400 to support Building Heroes’ work.
