Hi, my name is James Middleton. I am 24 years old and I have autism. I work at Cafe Beam as a chef and work 5 days a week providing excellent food and enjoying spending time with my friends.

I am raising funds to go towards the biggest and toughest journey of my life, to go to Canada and canoe on the Yukon River and travel over 400km for over 12 days in August. Not only that, but I’ll be also camping and catching my own food and cooking it.

The funds raised will go towards Smile For Life Children’s Charity and their hard work they do every year for young people and families with disabilities in the North East of England.
